As the poorest families could not get safe and sufficient food neither clean drinking water because of the decreasing economic situation of the Yemeni household in general. Over 19 million individuals are suffering from the food insecurity and water insecurity too. Which, caused them a severe decrease in their health conditions.

Due to the increasing in the food items prices most families couldn’t offered the basic needs of food to their children and others in the family. Usually, 80% of the most vulnerable households feed their family only on male a day. Which affected the activism of these people. The malnutrition has alleviated the productivity of the family and their daily routines.

Clean water issue is the main second reason of the wild speared of diseases and epidemics. Also, both women and children fetch water over their heads from far distances of about 100 meters in order to be able to get clean water suitable for drinking and household use. As a result of the lack of water tanks nearby in the area, it may lead to depriving the displaced families, the marginalized, the host community and the disable of their most basic rights in order to radiate a decent life.

Though women and children bring water, the water brought isn’t clean or even fits the human use.
