MR participates in rapid response to people’s need in conflicts and disasters. Most of the interventions in all sectors are rapid response interventions in coordination with clusters. The importance of RRM in Yemen goes underneath the distribution of RRM kits (HKs, FKs, NFIs, ESKs etc.), as the immediate response triggers and facilitates the sequencing of other critical assistance modalities for the newly displaced families. Thus, the RRM serves as an entry point for the provision of multi-purpose cash assistance and to address incidence of gender-based violence (GBV) particularly among women and girls who are displaced. We had provided cash assistance as a rental subsidy, emergency cash assistance for those in danger (urgent health cases, in danger HHs (GBV, SGBV)).
